We offer maintenance for all types of Industrial Doors, Dock Levellers, Auto Doors and all Loading Bay equipment. All maintenance engineers are fully compliant in the operation of all types of industrial and commercial shutters and doors.

Maintenance Services

We offer a fully Scheduled Routine Service package which can be carried 3, 6 or 12 monthly intervals, depending on the usage of your equipment. We have strict Service Schedules we adhere to. All of our paperwork is now electronic and will be sent to you via email. Which allows you to distribute, print or file.

All our engineers are trained and qualified to Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Specialist Installation, Repairs and Maintenance Door and Shutter Systems. Southern Industrial Doors are proud members of DHF (Door and Hardware Federation) who oversee all regulations and guidelines in this industry. All our engineers hold CSCS cards and IPAF Licences. We have over 50 years of experience in this industry.

All our engineers are ADSA (Auto Doors Suppliers Association) approved for the servicing, maintenance, and installation of auto doors.

This enables all our staff to be up to date with all BS EN 16005:2012 & BS 7036-0:2014 BSI regulations and guidelines for Auto Doors.

Legal Requirement

In accordance with the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 1992, it is a requirement that the end user (you the customer) of all industrial doors shall establish a fully documented maintenance report in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
