Our Dock Levellers are designed to precisely compensate for the height differences between lorry floors and ramps in the loading bay.
A Dock Leveller enables the load to be moved in or out of the lorry in a single horizontal movement, vastly reducing handling times, the risk of damage or accidental injury.
All our Dock Levellers also incorporate a range of health and safety features including emergency stop (activated by an isolator switch), safety stop control
valves in the hydraulic cylinders (to secure the dock leveller platform in the event of failure) and clearly marked moving parts.
The Dock Levellers are powered by electrohydraulic lifting cylinders and a cylinder for the lip.
All Dock loading levellers are made of high-quality materials with sturdy steel leveller construction and reinforced anti-twist platforms,
which will easily compensate for lorry tilting when loads are not distributed evenly.
There are 2 types of Dock Leveller, Hinged lip and Telescopic lip.

a range of steelwork to mount your Dock Bumpers too.
Standard black rubber Dock Bumpers remain the popular choice, but there are also harder wearing options like polyurethane and steel faced Dock
Bumpers which can withstand high volume use and last many times longer.
We can also supply and install sliding backing plates to allow travel on your Bumper as the vehicle’s height is adjusted up or down during
loading and unloading.

Loading bay dock lights can be essential for busy vehicle loading bays operating 24 hours or on dark winter days, to illuminate the loading area whilst the lorry is
being loaded and unloaded.
We can offer a full range of dock lights which can be manually positioned or moved on swing arms and controlled either by operator switches
or automatically from the control panel.
Loading bay dock lighting systems are available in low voltage or mains power supply.

The Inflatable Dock Shelter provides you with the most versatile sealing system available.
The Inflatable Dock Shelter can facilitate various sized vehicles whilst offering the ultimate sealing of the vital gap between the vehicle and building.
The Airbags are manufactured from a hard wearing, waterproof and anti-tear proof material to give a longer lasting life.
Airbags have an internal retraction system giving a deflate time of approximately 15 seconds.
The main structure comprises of 50mm insulated panel, which reduces the condensation factor around the loading bay area. Although the standard
colour is generally white, they can be colour matched to suit your requirements.
Storage curtains are 3.5mm thick and come complete with guide markers.
The system is powered by a small 415v 3 phase fan that continuously runs whilst in operation. Power supply requirements are 6 amp.
The shelters are available in various heights and widths.

Loading bay traffic lights promote improved safety during loading and unloading and can be fully integrated with the loading bay door controls so that when
the door is opened the light changes.
Other control options include a sensor operator or activation from a central control panel.

The Dock Seals are constructed from high tear-resistant material and high recovery rate foam fills covered with a 900g/m2 base fabric and 1500g/m2
fabric on the impacted areas.
The Dock Seals are particularly suited where the vehicle range width and height are similar.
